1. scope of application
The General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") apply to all orders placed and contracts concluded via the Tufting-Tutorials-Shop. Kramis Teppich Design AG reserves the right to change the GTC. The version of the GTC valid at the time the order is placed shall apply and may not be unilaterally changed for this order.
2. offer
The offer is directed to natural customers with or legal customers worldwide. Deliveries will be made digital.
The offer is valid as long as it is visible in the Tufting-Tutorials-Shop. Prices and assortment are subject to change at any time. The images shown in the store and all information about the products are for illustrative purposes and are not binding.
3. price
Prices are quoted in any currency. The price in the KRAMIS-Shop at the time of the order is decisive.
4. order
The presentation of the products in the Tufting-Tutorials-Shop is not a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalog or a non-binding invitation to the Customer to order the product in the Tufting-Tutorials-Shop.
An order is deemed to be an offer to Kramis Teppich Design AG to conclude a contract.
After the order has been submitted, the customer automatically receives a confirmation of receipt documenting that the order has been received by Kramis Teppich Design AG.
Kramis Teppich Design AG is free to reject orders in whole or in part without giving reasons. In this case, the customer will be informed and any payments already made will be refunded. Further claims are excluded, in particular there will be no forwarding of undeliverable products. Temporarily unavailable products can not be reserved.
5. payment options
Payments can be made with every currency.
Credit cards are accepted as means of payment. The available means of payment are displayed in the Tufting-Tutorials-Shop.
The debit will be made immediately.
Purchase on account is not possible.
6 Conclusion of contract
A contract is concluded when the product has been ordered by Kramis Teppich Design AG. Once the order has been triggered, the customer receives the purchased products digitally delivered or can access them directly.
7. delivery
The delivery is made after ordering digitally by mail or you get a direct access to exclusive content.
14. Applicable court and place of jurisdiction
Altbüron is the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising directly or indirectly from the contractual relationship. The legal relationship is subject to Swiss law.
